Application for Undergraduate Students - Embassy Recommendation

Recruitment for those arriving in Japan next April is made between April and May of the previous year. SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS Masters/ Ph.D Degree

Grant BENEFITS

     (a) Applicants who are attending, or have graduated from, a higher secondary school: an academic transcript from the higher secondary school;
     (b) Applicants who are attending, or have already graduated from, a university: academic transcripts from both the higher secondary school and the university.

4. Attested copy of certificate of graduation of school/university attended  (1 copy with original attestation, 1 copy)
      Applicants must submit the following documents according to his/her academic background:
      (a) Applicants who are attending a higher secondary school: a certificate of prospective graduation from the higher secondary school;
      (b) Applicants who have already graduated from a higher secondary school: a certificate of graduation from the higher secondary school;   
      (c) Applicants who are attending a university: a certificate of graduation from the higher secondary school (in addition, they must submit a certificate of enrollment.);
      (d) Applicants who have already graduated from a university: certificates of graduation from both the higher secondary school and the university.

5. Recommendation Letter from either a class teacher or principal of last school attended (1 original, 1 copy)
6. Health Certificate (1 original, 1 copy)
7. Attested copy of Certificate of enrollment from current educational institution (if applicable) (1 original, 1 copy)
8. Hope certificate issued by the Institute (for students whose final result is expected by August 2021) (1 original, 1 copy)

Submitted documents will not be returned.
Application should be unstapled and printed on A4 size paper. 
Certificates & documents, other than those mentioned above, will not be considered.
In principle, applicants be willing to carry out their academic studies in Japan in Japanese.
